Responsibilities
- Lead 4-5 string sectional rehearsals
- Conduct one complete work per concert
- Assist with score preparation and rehearsal planning
- Attend all rehearsals and performances
- Support concert production elements, including staging, visuals, and storytelling components
Ideal Candidates
- Undergraduate or graduate students, or recent graduates (within 2 years)
- Prior conducting experience with student, university, or community ensembles
- Strong musicianship, artistic curiosity, and interest in shaping the concert experience
